1. No Cancellation for First 3 Orders

  • Vendors cannot cancel their first 3 orders under any circumstances. This is essential to build trust and reliability.

2. GST Compliance and Billing

  • Vendors with annual sales up to ₹10 lakh do not need to have a GST number.
  • However, all bills will be issued in IndiaPrint’s name, and detailed information will be shared with vendors for records.
  • Vendors who already have a GST number must also issue bills in IndiaPrint’s name.

3. Order Confirmation and Design Submission

  • When a customer places an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with full details of that order.
  • You must create and submit the product design within 2 to 6 working hours via email or WhatsApp.
  • Repeated delays in design submission will result in account suspension.

4. Order Production Timeline

  • Orders must be completed and ready within 2 to 3 days of receiving the order details.

5. Product Quality

  • Vendors must ensure the product is of high quality, matches the approved design, and meets specifications.
  • Maintaining consistent quality is crucial; poor quality may lead to warnings or account suspension.

6. Product Video Submission

  • Once ready, please record a clear video of the finished product and send it via WhatsApp as proof of quality and completion.

7. Packaging and Parcel Submission

  • Products must be packed carefully and securely using good-quality, sturdy packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
  • After packing, send a clear photo of the sealed parcel for verification.

8. Labeling and Parcel Pickup

  • We will send the shipping label via WhatsApp or email after verifying the packed parcel photo.
  • Our delivery personnel will pick up the parcel from your location.
  • Important: When requesting the shipping label, ensure your product is fully ready and packed, as the delivery person may arrive at any time.

9. Pickup Responsibility and Account Suspension

  • Failing to hand over the parcel to the delivery personnel when they arrive will be considered your fault.
  • If this occurs 2 to 3 times, your vendor account will be temporarily suspended.

10. Proof in Case of Delivery Issues

  • If the delivery personnel cause an issue (e.g., failure to pick up), you must provide proof such as call recordings or messages to help resolve the matter.

11. Payment Terms

  • Payments will be credited to your account within 7 days after order completion and pickup confirmation.

12. Communication with Customers

  • Vendors are not allowed to contact customers directly by phone or email.
  • Communication must be routed through IndiaPrint support, except when specifically instructed otherwise.

13. Vendor Responsibility & Communication

  • It is your responsibility to create the design, produce the product, and pack it properly without repeated reminders.
  • IndiaPrint will not make repeated follow-ups; failure to meet responsibilities may lead to account suspension.

14. Product Listing Responsibilities

  • Listing products is easy: select the correct category, upload high-quality images, enter the accurate price, and update your inventory stock.
  • You must keep product information accurate and up to date.
  • If stock runs out or prices/images change, update the listing immediately.
  • Failure to maintain accurate listings may result in warnings or account suspension.

15. Policy Updates

  • IndiaPrint may update or modify these policies at any time.
  • Vendors should regularly check this page for the latest terms.
