3. Order Process
Orders are confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email or SMS from us.
Payments must be completed before order processing, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing, Payment & COD Policy
Prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges may apply separately.
We accept payments via online payment gateways, UPI, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
For COD orders:
Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
COD service is available only in selected locations as specified on our website.
Additional COD charges may apply as per the courier or delivery partner’s policy.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is refused or not made at delivery.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation (for prepaid) or confirmation of COD availability.

5. Delivery
We endeavor to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, but delays can occur.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit unless caused by our negligence.

6. Returns & Refunds
Customized products made to your specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days for replacement or refund as per our policy.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and designs on the website are the property of IndiaPrint or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and current information when using our website and services.
